Las tres condiciones para un control hidráulico perfecto

Para obtener el clima interior deseado con el mínimo coste energético posible, se deben cumplir las tres condiciones.

Condition 1

The design flow must be available at all terminals. In order to achieve this first condition, hydronic balancing is necessary. Hydronic balancing prevents overflows in certain circuits from causing underflows in others. Hydronic balancing detects possible over-sizing of pumps and verifies that the plant actually provides the functions and performance intended by the designer.

Condition 2

The differential pressure across control valves must not vary too much. Again, hydronic balancing is necessary for this condition to be fulfilled. In fact, hydronic balancing is the only way to identify and resolve the real causes of operational problems in the plant.

Condition 3

Flows must be compatible at system interfacesIn order to fulfil this condition, hydronic balancing is also necessary, so that the installed power in the plant can be delivered. The balancing procedure allows you to localise and resolve any hydronic problems.

The best way to attain these three conditions is to perform a balancing procedure in order to ensure that the plant actually performs according to design. TA is the world market leader in the field of hydronic balancing. With our broad product portfolio and knowledge resources (including literature, courses and seminars) we are the preferred partner on major construction projects around the globe.
